Job summary

eyeo is seeking a Finance Manager to combine hands-on operational finance with building the Finance foundation as eyeo scales. You’ll work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams across the organization in the Netherlands and beyond, helping design scalable processes, manage month-end closes, and provide strategic financial insight to support growth and funding rounds.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Accounting and financial administration across the Netherlands and Belgium, with expansion as we grow.
• AP/AR, purchase orders and financial control.
• Month-end and year-end close, including audit coordination.
• Tax compliance.
• Management reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Preparing Investor and Board materials.
• Supporting the Management Team on strategic finance topics, including funding rounds.
• Shaping scalable finance processes and ERP landscape.
