Job summary

Booking.com in Amsterdam seeks a Lead Executive Business Partner to work closely with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to enable leadership operations, coordinate priorities and drive operational excellence. The role leads and develops a team of Administrative and/or Executive Partners to deliver high-quality support.

You will manage the CMO's calendar, onboarding, governance, and cross-functional projects, while ensuring effective communications and executive logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive support or business operations.
• Proven leadership experience and people management.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
• Experience with governance, project and change management.
• Familiarity with GenAI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to the CMO, supporting priorities and governance.
• Strategically manage executive calendar, inbox, and communications.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and cross-functional governance.
• Lead and develop a team of Administrative/Executive Partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
• Support executive messaging and leadership events.
