Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing.
• Experience handling sourcing projects, negotiations, and contracts.
• Strong stakeholder-management across seniority levels.
• Proficient in procurement systems such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Ivalua.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day delivery of the marketing procurement portfolio.
• Apply category strategies and adapt to business needs.
• Lead sourcing projects from requirements through contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor KPIs.
• Provide clear status, risks, and handover materials.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk, Privacy, and others.
• Prepare handover materials for the returning colleague.
