Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Lead Executive Business Partner who will work closely with the CMO and Marketing leadership to enable effective leadership operations, coordinate priorities, and drive operational excellence.

You will lead a team of Administrative/Executive Partners, manage calendar and communications, oversee governance, and drive strategic initiatives including GenAI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support or leadership partnerships.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level communication.
• Experience with governance, project management and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the CMO and leadership team.
• Strategically manage the CMO's calendar and communications.
• Coordinate departmental planning and leadership governance.
• Oversee onboarding and development of executive partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
• Support executive messaging and leadership events.
