Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Large Enterprise (LE) Account Manager in Amsterdam to drive merchant success, manage relationships, and oversee account strategy aligned with PayPal’s goals.

You will advocate for merchant needs with cross-functional teams, drive revenue retention, and identify upsell opportunities while supporting onboarding and product adoption. A hybrid work model applies, with in-office collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of payments industry and merchant needs.
• Experience in account management, client success, or sales in payments/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects of diverse scope.
• Drive product adoption and ensure clients are enabled on key products.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor account health and mitigate risks to merchant satisfaction and success.
• Oversee ongoing merchant operations and ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
