Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Manager in Amsterdam to drive merchant success by actively managing relationships, onboarding, and ongoing support, while aligning merchant needs with PayPal’s strategic goals.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to develop robust account strategies, forecast revenue, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for large merchants in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in account management or sales within payments/fintech preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry and merchant needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with PayPal’s vision to deliver sustainable, long‑term value for merchants and PayPal.
• Drive revenue retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, consistently achieving sales quotas and KPIs.
• Negotiate and manage complex commercial terms, contracts, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor and enhance account health, proactively identifying risks to merchant satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and innovative customer experiences.
