Job summary

New Balance is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist for the EMEA Direct to Consumer organization, based in Amsterdam. The role supports site experience, catalog management, on-site search, and localization for regional sites.

You will work with the Trade and CRM teams to deliver campaigns and ensure site stability across multiple markets. The 6-month fixed-term contract requires experience with ecommerce platforms and strong analytical and organizational skills, with fluent English and

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is essential.
Experience in ecommerce within retail, agency, or consumer brands is preferred.

Oversee ecommerce operations across EMEA sites and campaigns.
Merchandise site pages, manage catalogs, and optimize search relevance.
Coordinate localization updates and translations for regional sites.
Collaborate with Trade, Customer Service, and CRM teams for campaigns and feedback.
Ensure site stability and timely go-to-market storytelling for key campaigns.
