Job summary
Specialized is seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist EMEA to drive online product experiences across B2B and B2C platforms. You will curate assortments, support launches, and optimize customer journeys with regional localization and workflow governance.
You will collaborate with regional and global teams to execute the roadmap, analyze sales trends, and translate business needs into actionable merchandising and catalog strategies for the EMEA markets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising for a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Experience with portfolios of more than 5000 SKUs, ideally in retail.
- Experience collaborating with multiple regions
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support in product activation, deactivation and pricing for B2C and B2B.
- Localization of assets to regional languages.
- Catalog management support for markets day-to-day operations.
- Create consumer-centric assortments for the E-commerce site.
- Present assortment direction aligning with regional strategy.
- Assist in promotional efforts with coupons and delivery options.
- Participate in Monthly Business Review meetings with Product Managers.
- Analyze sales trends to recommend actions for performance objectives.
