Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Senior Data Center Solution Manager in The Hague to drive market expansion in FLAPD and Nordic regions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing, build C-suite relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to craft colocations and connectivity solutions.

Applicants should have at least six years in data center, colocation or hyperscaler sectors, strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation or Hyperscaler sectors.
• Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets; Nordic region network is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; additional European language (German, French, or Nordic) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Strategic Relationship Management: build and maintain C-suite relationships with key decision-makers.
• Revenue Accountability: own sales KPIs and annual revenue targets with quarterly growth.
• Solution Selling: collaborate with technical teams to craft colocations and connectivity solutions.
• Market Intelligence: monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
