Job summary

NES Fircroft in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Director – Sales to lead strategic MTDC and channel accounts across the EMEA region from its Amsterdam office. You will drive revenue growth, profitability and customer engagement with major data centre customers.

A core part of the role is leading the AEC engagement programme and developing relationships with architects, engineers and contractors, ensuring designs and procurements align with delivery across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in professional sales within a relevant industry.
• 5+ years' experience leading teams, programmes or strategic accounts at national, regional or international level.
• Strong understanding of the European data centre market, trends and developments.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic sales and account plans.
• Fluent English is essential; willingness to travel across EMEA (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic MTDC Key Account function from Amsterdam across assigned EMEA accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
• Lead the AEC engagement programme with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Identify new opportunities across the European data centre market.
• Promote data centre infrastructure solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Position integrated services covering design, end-to-end project deployment and rack & roll solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and CRM discipline to forecast outcomes.
• Deliver annual sales and profitability targets.
