Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Development Consultant Cybersecurity to shape secure, future‑ready architectures for enterprise customers. The role is fulltime with a hybrid model in Amsterdam / Randstad and Nederlandstalig focus.

You will translate complex challenges into scalable technology solutions, collaborating with sales teams and leading cybersecurity vendors to define license and service packages, while guiding clients through evolving security trends and competitive deal structures.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Strong expertise with cybersecurity ISVs, especially CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Okta, CyberArk.
• Solid commercial mindset and confidence navigating sales cycles.
• Skilled negotiator who seeks win‑win outcomes for clients and the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to scope and size security opportunities.
• Recommend tailored license and service solutions across the ISV portfolio.
• Advise clients through emerging trends such as GenAI risks, sovereignty, and identity‑driven security.
• Support the full sales cycle, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell.
• Define profitable, competitive margins aligned with market conditions.
• Develop accurate quotes and solution collateral (presentations, case studies, whitepapers) with cross‑functional alignment.
