VIKTOR, based in Rotterdam, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive success, retention, and growth across strategic accounts in engineering and construction sectors.

You will collaborate with digital leaders, engineers, and executives to embed the VIKTOR platform, translate goals into measurable plans, and identify expansion opportunities. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, strategic or key account management.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or technical industries is valued.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, software, AI, and engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Own the success, retention, and growth of strategic customer accounts.
• Collaborate with CS Specialists to embed the VIKTOR platform within customer organizations.
• Translate goals into clear, actionable success plans.
• Identify expansion opportunities with a data-driven, process-oriented mindset.
