Job summary

VIKTOR is seeking a Technical Consultant to bridge engineering practice and AI-enabled platform development. You will work with leading contractors and asset owners, translating complex workflows into scalable Viktor applications. You’ll co-develop with client teams, apply AI safely, and help scale expertise across organizations.

Dutch is preferred, English fluency required, based in the Netherlands. You will build impact by automating calculations, connecting tools, and shaping product feedback

Qualifications

• You have 2–5 years of engineering experience.
• You have solid Python skills and engineering foundations.
• You are curious, proactive, and can translate field insights into product feedback.
• You communicate clearly and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Engineering: translate domain expertise into scalable Viktor applications with Python and tool integrations.
• Technical Consultancy: advise clients on automating processes, safe AI use, and scaling knowledge.
• Spotting Opportunities: identify new use cases and expand client accounts.
• Product Feedback: translate field insights into actionable feedback for the platform.
• Project Management & Internal Development: manage scope, budget, and quality while improving internal methods.
