Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a partner-led crypto-fiat digital banking venture based in the Netherlands. The role leads the operating model design, customer onboarding, payment processing, banking partnerships, and risk controls to enable a scalable market launch.

The COO will partner with the CEO to build a lean, high-performing organization with strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and international growth in a remote-first setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level operations leadership in crypto banking or crypto-enabled neobanking.
• Experience building or scaling financial operations and onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of payments, settlement, reconciliation, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Oversee onboarding, payments, settlement workflows, and service delivery for B2B and B2C.
• Establish controls, KPIs, reporting, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Recruit and develop a lean, high-performing operations team and manage budgets.
