Jobgether is assisting a partner company in finding a Chief Operating Officer based in the Netherlands to lead a pioneering crypto‑fiat digital banking venture. You will design the operating model, oversee onboarding, payments, and service delivery, and build scalable processes with a lean, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level leadership experience in operations within crypto banking, crypto‑fiat financial services, or crypto‑enabled neobanking.
• Demonstrated success establishing, managing, or scaling financial operations, ideally in early-stage or rapidly growing fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment operations, settlement procedures, and customer onboarding.
