Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to recruit a CEO/Co-founder for a new international B2B real-money gaming venture based in the Netherlands. The role entails taking full ownership of strategic direction, market positioning, financial performance, and building a scalable production and distribution operation from the ground up.

You will lead the leadership team, collaborate with investors and the Board, establish the business model, identify priority markets, and drive the company toward revenue

Qualifications

• Direct senior leadership experience in B2B real-money gaming or equivalent.
• Proven P&L ownership and executive responsibility.
• Established network of casino operators, aggregators and platform partners.
• Strong commercial negotiation, strategic planning and financial management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy and market thesis.
• Build and lead a new B2B real-money gaming provider with scalable operations.
• Identify opportunities, evaluate operators, and secure competitive advantages.
• Oversee game production roadmap, certification, integration and monetization.
• Develop a strong commercial pipeline with operators, aggregators and partners.
• Lead end-to-end commercial lifecycle from prospecting to revenue generation.
• Own the P&L, financial planning, cash management and unit economics.
• Work with the Board to align priorities and governance.
