Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a CEO/Chief Commercial Officer based in the Netherlands to launch and grow an innovative crypto-fiat digital banking venture. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, covering business development, market positioning, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Proven senior leadership in crypto banking or crypto-enabled fintech.
Track record launching or significantly scaling fintech businesses.
Strong expertise in commercial strategy, BD, and growth economics.
Established network in crypto, fintech, or payments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall commercial strategy and go-to-market approach.
Identify and develop profitable opportunities in B2B/B2C and international markets.
Design and optimize the business model, revenue streams and unit economics.
Lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives, including partnerships.
Build relationships with financial institutions and payment providers.
Collaborate with product/technology to refine offering and accelerate launch.
Recruit and lead a lean, high-performing commercial team.
Own commercial performance, budgets and profitability.
Translate opportunities into measurable business outcomes with hands-on leadership.
