Job summary

Jobgether partners to recruit a visionary Chief Product Officer based in the Netherlands. You will define the product vision, roadmaps, and MVPs for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture spanning B2B and B2C markets.

You will build and lead a focused product team, collaborate with commercial, operations, and technology leaders, and translate customer needs into intuitive financial products. Remote-first with EU candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership in crypto banking or digital banking with assets.
• Proven track record launching financial products.
• Strong knowledge of wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and MVP for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Lead product discovery, user journeys, and requirements from concept to launch.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team and processes.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and tech leaders to accelerate time to market.
• Monitor metrics: activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
