Jobgether seeks an entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and development for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture, shaping vision, roadmap and customer-focused features across wallets, conversions, cards and payments.

You will build and lead a high-performance product team, collaborate with executives and technology, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive adoption and revenue across B2B and B2C markets in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product leadership in crypto banking or digital banking with assets.
• Track record of launching financial products from concept to market and improving adoption.
• Strong understanding of digital wallets, onboarding, crypto-fiat conversion, cards and payments.
• Experience building and leading product teams with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
• Prioritize MVP and releases balancing value, revenue, readiness and regulation.
• Lead product discovery, validation, user journeys, and requirements.
• Shape experiences across wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, cards and payments with focus on trust and usability.
• Establish and monitor product metrics: activation, conversion, engagement, retention, revenue.
• Build and lead a focused product team; implement PM processes.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and tech leaders to accelerate time to market.
• Iterate offering using data, feedback, and market insights.
