Job summary

Alloga Nederland B.V. is seeking an experienced client relations professional to manage a portfolio of existing O2C and 3PL clients, oversee service levels, implement improvements and identify new commercial opportunities to grow revenue.

You will align commercial objectives with the Head of Client Relations and key account managers, develop and realise sales and marketing activities with current clients, and provide regular KPI and forecast reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in a 3PL or logistics setting.
• Ability to prepare and present KPI data and forecasts.
• Familiarity with GDP/GMP regulatory concepts and business continuity plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with Alloga strategy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock and forecast reports with clients and internal teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and MBRs with stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities and client-driven enhancements.
