Job summary

Alloga in Veghel, Netherlands seeks a Contract Manager to grow a portfolio of O2C and 3PL clients by ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain, or a similar client-facing commercial environment.
• Experience managing customer contracts, service performance, and commercial relationships.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand future client requirements and align plans with Alloga strategy.
• Create weekly & monthly stock and forecast reports and monitor against agreements.
• Manage client stock/forecast within agreed parameters; update MBR/QBR structures.
• Present Alloga services clearly and maintain professional client communications.
• Prepare KPI data and provide quarterly/ad hoc advice on performance.
• Identify commercial opportunities and escalate when revenue or profitability risk exists.
• Ensure all activities/services are invoiced and recharged; implement new rates when needed.
