The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of contract logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO level or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain, or similar client-facing environment.
• Experience managing customer contracts, service performance, and commercial relationships.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand future client requirements and align with Alloga strategy.
• Support periodic service levels and 1-, 2-, and 3-year forecasts.
• Create weekly/monthly stock and forecast reports with clients and Alloga.
• Manage client stock/forecast outside agreed parameters.
• Develop and maintain a positive client relationship while pursuing Alloga strategy.
• Present Alloga services professionally via meetings, calls, or email.
• Ensure communications are aligned with client needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide KPI data in forecast reports and advise monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Monitor inbound/outbound volumes and adjust plans with clients and internal teams.
• Schedule and conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with client and internal stakeholders.
• Explain Alloga service offerings to clients and address unmet expectations.
• Identify and discuss additional revenue opportunities with Head of Client Relations/Sales.
• Escalate risks to the account and negotiate beyond initial term when needed.
• Ensure all activities/services are invoiced and costs recharged.
• Implement new rates for agreed services where necessary.
