Job summary

Alloga Nederland B.V. is seeking a motivated commercial manager to steward a portfolio of O2C and 3PL clients. You will oversee service levels, report on performance, and identify opportunities to grow revenue in collaboration with the Head of Client Relations.

You will align client expectations with Alloga's strategy, prepare KPI forecasts, and drive improvements across regulatory and commercial areas while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand future client requirements and forecasts; align plans with Alloga strategy.
• Create weekly and monthly stock and forecast reports; discuss insights with clients.
• Manage changes in volumes with clients and internal departments; communicate outcomes.
• Prepare and present KPI data in forecast reports; advise on objectives.
• Proactively explore new business and value-added services for clients.
