Job summary

Alloga (Nederland) B.V. in Veghel, Netherlands is hiring a Contract Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of Order-to-Cash and 3PL clients, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive client growth, increase revenue, and support long-term business success in a hybrid work model with regular weekly presence at our Veghel office. The role requires a HBO-level degree, 3–5 years in contract logistics or equivalent, and strong English language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in contract logistics, 3PL, or related client-facing environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Dutch language skills are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand future client requirements and align with Alloga strategy; support forecasts.
• Create weekly/monthly stock and forecast reports with clients and Alloga.
• Manage Alloga change control for contractual changes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while advancing Alloga strategy.
• Present Alloga services professionally in meetings, calls, and emails.
• Prepare and present KPI data in forecast reports and provide monthly/quarterly advice.
• Ensure KPI results meet objectives or have plans to achieve them.
• Coordinate changes in volumes with clients and internal teams; manage expectations.
• Plan and conduct MBR and QBR structures with stakeholders and share outcomes.
• Provide clear communication to clients when service levels do not meet expectations.
• Address client queries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Explore new business opportunities and value-added services for clients.
• Identify commercial opportunities and discuss with Head of Client Relations/Head of Sales.
• Escalate risks to accounts and review commercial outlook annually.
