Job summary

Atos seeks a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid preparation and submission, coordinating technical, legal, and commercial inputs to deliver compliant and competitive quotations. The role involves structuring complex information and driving timely approvals across an international, fast-paced environment.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, manage pricing and contract requirements, and contribute to modernising bidding approaches with AI-driven tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management, proposal management, project coordination, sales support, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from receipt through quotation submission.
• Review customer demands and identify requirements to shape proposals.
• Develop understanding of contract requirements and unit pricing for competitive quotes.
• Coordinate contributions from technical, legal, commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Consolidate inputs into a coherent, high-quality quotation.
• Ensure proposals meet customer requirements with quality and value.
• Track bid progress, deadlines, and decisions; capture lessons learned.
