Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a senior Solution Manager to lead bid solution teams, translating customer needs into competitive, end-to-end Atos solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from operational levels to CxO, shaping proposals that are innovative, profitable, and deliverable.

The role emphasizes managing complex bids, defining multidisciplinary teams, and developing cost models while driving adoption of Agentic AI solutions to enable business outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales, Solution Design, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Proven management and leadership experience, preferably within a large international organization.
• Excellent presentation, communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders from operational level through to CxO level.
• Experience in complex solution sales and architectural environments across Applications, Platforms, Data & AI, and Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience managing opportunities valued at €30M+ as an end-to-end Solution Manager.
• Dutch language skills at C1 level are preferred.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions for storyboarding, design, and articulation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business priorities and translate them into Atos solutions.
• Lead bid solution teams and develop end-to-end solution proposals covering business, technology, services, resources, timelines, and costs.
• Present and negotiate solutions with customers in a compelling, value-driven manner.
• Define and manage multidisciplinary solution teams for integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Develop solution cost models aligned with commercial requirements.
• Coordinate involvement of delivery units during the bid phase and ensure smooth handover to operations.
