Atos in the Netherlands is seeking a seasoned Solution Manager to lead end-to-end bid engagements for complex IT solutions. You will shape proposals, align business and technology requirements, and manage stakeholder interactions from ops to CxO levels.

The role demands extensive experience in Digital Applications, Data & AI, and Cloud Transformation, with a track record of profitable solution delivery and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management or related roles.
• Strong experience in Digital Applications, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud.
• Proven management and leadership experience in a large, international setting.
• Experience in complex solution sales and architecting across Applications, Platforms, Data & AI, and Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer priorities and translate into Atos solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary solution teams during bid phases.
• Develop and present end-to-end solution proposals covering business, technology, services, timelines and costs.
• Build relationships from operational level to CXO with customers.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI and related automation as business enablers.
• Coordinate delivery units during bids and ensure compliance with governance processes.
