Job summary
Atos Group is seeking a Solution Manager to shape high-value, complex IT solutions. You will provide vision and leadership to bid solution teams, ensuring proposals are compelling, profitable, innovative, and deliverable.
You will work closely with customer stakeholders to translate priorities into effective Atos solutions and manage end-to-end proposals including costs and timelines. Your goal is to develop competitive solutions that deliver secure, innovative IT environments while meeting
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales, Solution Design, or equivalent roles.
- Strong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Proven leadership in a large international organization.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders from operational level to CxO level.
- Experience in complex solution sales and architectures across Applications, Platforms, Data & AI, and Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business priorities and translate them into Atos solutions.
- Lead multidisciplinary solution teams to develop end-to-end proposals.
- Present and negotiate solutions with customers in a value-driven manner.
- Develop solution cost models aligned with commercial needs.
