Atos SE seeks a seasoned Solution Manager to lead bid solution teams and craft end-to-end proposals for complex IT environments. You will collaborate with customers to translate priorities into compelling Atos solutions that are secure, innovative, and deliverable.

You will manage relationships from operations to CxO, develop cost models, and ensure clear validation of assumptions. Travel may be required in this international role.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience in Digital Applications, Data & AI, Cloud & multi/hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer priorities and translate into Atos solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary solution teams for end-to-end proposals.
• Define cost models and validate assumptions with customers.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI and automation as business enablers.
