Job summary

ChargePoint in Amsterdam and Munich is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead the lifecycle of European bids from qualification to handover. You will ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery while optimizing the bid process and resources.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Solution Engineering, Product, Legal and Operations teams to craft persuasive content, pricing, and technical responses, aiming to improve win rate and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bids in SaaS/Tech or consulting.
• English and French language proficiency.
• Strong procurement knowledge across European markets.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to drive change with stakeholder management.
• Experience implementing AI in bid processes.
• Collaborative cross-functional teamwork across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid qualification, strategy, and bid/no-bid analysis.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Solution Engineering, Product, Legal and Operations teams to describe fit and develop content.
• Establish bid timelines and coordinate review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Monitor bid performance metrics; conduct post-bid analysis and corrective actions.
• Refine bid processes, templates and best practices, including automation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management.
