Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Bid Manager to own bids end-to-end, ensuring compliant, compelling responses and timely delivery. You will coordinate governance across sales, delivery, legal, and finance, shaping our bid function with AI-enabled tooling and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role offers flexible hybrid and remote working with occasional travel for key collaboration moments in the NL region. Strong writing and bid-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments.
• Experience working on EU tenders and bid governance.
• Ability to apply bid compliance, documentation control, and submission rules in EU tenders.
• 3–10+ years in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles; APMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission.
• Drive governance, approvals, and formal compliance.
• Ensure responses meet client, legal, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders across sales, delivery, legal, finance, and tech.
• Write, edit, and structure bid content for clarity and impact.
• Identify risks early and guide teams to practical solutions.
• Continuously improve bid processes and leverage AI-enabled tools.
