Job summary
Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager specialized in etch and deposition within the semiconductor sales team. You will lead efforts to expand our portfolio by integrating power products at OEMs and foundries, drive strategic sales goals, and shape the product roadmap through customer insights.

Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Physics or Chemistry or similar field.
- Applied Plasma Physics would be a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive new product integrations at customers.
- Engage with stakeholders at OEMs, foundries, and research institutes to quantify and communicate USPs.
- Perform competitive analysis and report on market positioning, influencing product development.
- Lead commercial discussions and manage customer relationships from proposal to project finish.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical solutions with market needs.
- Organize workshops and updates to maintain customer engagement and roadmap visibility.
