Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven seeks a Team Leader for the SMD department to drive PCBA production. You will lead multiple teams to secure output, quality and continuous improvement, assigning the right people to the right slots and ensuring daily planning is met.

You will have at least 2 years in a leading manufacturing role, an MBO+ in Technical or Industrial Engineering, strong leadership, hands-on approach, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leading role in a manufacturing environment.
• MBO+ knowledge in Technical or Industrial Engineering through school or experience.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Hands-on attitude with proactive problem solving and action.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
• Monitor production output and adjust to meet targets.
• Manage day-to-day execution and report to management.
• Optimize resource allocation for personnel, machines and materials.
• Train and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and interviews.
• Understand and improve quality topics to enhance product quality.
• Drive 5S and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Handle hiring and sick leave processes for the team.
