Job summary

WP SEO AI is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a 60–80 client portfolio and help them grow visibility using our AI-powered SEO platform.

You will onboard new customers, craft content strategies, and build long-term relationships while identifying upsell opportunities and renewals after 12 months.

This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam with an international team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer success or account management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch and English.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth start.
• Manage a portfolio of 60–80 clients and drive SEO and GEO growth.
• Create content and strategies using our AI-powered platform.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months.
• Share customer feedback to improve our product and processes.
