Job summary

WP SEO AI, a fast-growing Dutch B2B SaaS company, seeks an experienced Business Development Representative to build our outbound pipeline and engage decision-makers across Europe. You’ll convert high-potential prospects for our AI-driven SEO platform, working with a driven team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role offers a dynamic, expanding Amsterdam-based HQ, with international travel and opportunities to impact strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (working language).
• Experience in outbound sales and customer contact.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the phone to create opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects via calls, email and LinkedIn with outbound focus.
• Convert leads provided by RevOps and engage/booking meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handover and higher conversions.
• Analyze performance and continuously improve weekly.
