Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an SEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility for a diverse client portfolio. You will work in a multidisciplinary or own end-to-end projects, coordinating SEO activities and ensuring high-quality execution.

You will guide juniors, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help advance our SEO and AI Search practice within the team. This permanent, full-time role is based in Amsterdam with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO consultancy for (inter)national clients.
• Proactive with responsibility and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute SEO strategies for multiple clients.
• Coordinate SEO activities with cross-functional teams and guide juniors.
• Deliver client presentations and measure results against proposed activities.
• Oversee implementation of optimizations with development or content teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and product development.
