Sero is hiring an AI Customer Success Manager to bridge clients and our AI experts, guiding from initial implementation to long‑term adoption and growth.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, translate customer goals into concrete success plans, and collaborate with consultants, developers, and trainers to deliver value. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam and offers room to grow in AI, consulting, and leadership while we move forward together.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience with B2B customers, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and structured way of working.
• An interest in AI, technology, and digital transformation.
• The ability to translate customer needs into concrete actions.
• Experience with adoption, change, or training is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
