Job summary

AIHR is seeking a Partnership Manager to build, own, and grow a global affiliate network and drive end-to-end revenue from new and existing partners. You will own the relationship from onboarding to renewal, with a quota-carrying mandate and close work with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partnership acquisition and management in SaaS or ecommerce.
• Strong English communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable owning targets and working in an international, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new affiliates and sign revenue-generating partnerships.
• Expand and grow revenue from existing partners through onboarding and QBRs.
• Act as the main contact for partners throughout their lifecycle and drive retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns and support deal closures.
