AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR is seeking a Partnership Manager to own the growth of our affiliate network—driving acquisition, onboarding, and expansion for a global portfolio of 50+ partners. You’ll manage the full lifecycle from initial outreach to renewal, ensuring measurable revenue growth and partner success in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of experience in partnership acquisition and partnership management, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
• Comfortable owning targets and driving revenue growth with minimal handoffs.
• Strong English communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new affiliates and sign partnerships to build a healthy pipeline.
• Expand and grow existing partners through onboarding, QBRs, and coaching.
• Own partner relationships end-to-end with no handovers and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
