Job summary

Innoptus is seeking an Account Manager for Key & Strategic Accounts in the Netherlands. You will hunt for strategic customers, manage a portfolio of major accounts, and collaborate with presales and consultancy teams to translate challenges into PTC solutions.

Requirements include 5+ years in B2B sales, experience with large accounts, and a strong hunter mentality. Dutch and English fluency are essential; hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in complex or consultative selling.
• Experience with large customers (Key/Strategic Accounts) and proven new business track record.
• Strong hunter mentality with proactive opportunity pursuit and closing.
• Technical background or affinity with industrial software is a plus.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new strategic customers in the Netherlands.
• Manage a portfolio of Key and Strategic Accounts.
• Build relationships at C-level and with other decision-makers in large accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer value.
• Follow up on complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Translate customer challenges into PTC solutions with presales and consultancy teams.
• Position Innoptus as the strategic partner for digital transformation.
