Topicus is seeking a Sales Representative & Account Manager in the Netherlands to manage the full commercial process from first contact to long-term partnerships, driving growth for clients and services.

You will identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Fluency in Dutch and English and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach potential clients and create commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct introductory, consultative, and sales conversations.
• Identify client capacity and software development needs.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships.
