Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking a Store Development Project Manager in Amsterdam to own the existing store portfolio, map layouts and lifecycle stages, and drive refits, upgrades, and repairs end-to-end. You will coordinate with Store Operations and Facilities to minimize disruption while aligning with trading calendars and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store development or multi-site project management.
• Proven budgeting and scheduling skills for refit projects.
• Data-first approach with strong record-keeping across a large portfolio.
• Willingness to travel to stores across the network.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain a structured, up-to-date record of existing store data - layout, fixtures, condition, and lifecycle stage.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of refit, upgrade, and repair interventions in partnership with senior leaders.
• Manage refit and upgrade projects end-to-end, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Facilities to align project scope with trading calendars and minimize disruption.
• Track budgets, timelines, and status across all active interventions and report progress.
• Ensure all refit and upgrade work meets brand, merchandising, and safety standards.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers to sequence work across the portfolio.
• Support selective new store development projects alongside the Expansion Store Development Director.
