Job summary

Suitsupply in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume door, grow the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will develop a professional team, manage budgets, and ensure store standards and visual guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a top-volume door with staff over 50 and/or multi-unit experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure professional appearance and highest level of customer service to maximize sales.
• Recruit top talent and source for staff in the market.
• Own store P&L and manage budgets (salary, expenses, inventory).
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations to company standards.
• Collaborate with store support to optimize resources.
• Align with HR on policies and development planning.
