Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Store Manager in Amsterdam to lead the store to high standards, drive sales against targets, and ensure brand messaging aligns with seasonal campaigns.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage rosters, and maintain stock, security, and store administration. The role requires merchandising expertise, English fluency, and willingness to travel for occasional branch support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of store management or assistant management experience in lifestyle fashion retail.
• High school level literacy and numeracy required.
• Organize and run briefs; strong people management and motivational skills.
• Fluency in local language; good English; other languages are a plus.
• Merchandising, floor space control, stock levels and basic H&S knowledge.
• Awareness of social media and digital trends; willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, create rosters including holiday and sickness cover, and manage security and admin.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; conduct appraisals and maintain KPI-focused performance.
• Lead visual merchandising to reflect seasonal messages and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Sales to share sell-through data and feedback.
• Maintain stock accuracy and efficient stock replenishment on the floor.
