Suitsupply Rotterdam is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume fashion store and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a large team, ensure brand standards, and manage P&L responsibilities.

Collaborate with training and HR, set team objectives, and recruit top talent through market networking. The role may include travel to other stores to share best practices and support growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years leading a high-volume store with 50+ staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organization.
• Proactive and strategic mindset.
• Fluent professional English; Dutch is a plus.

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
