Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking a Store Development Project Manager in Amsterdam to own the existing store portfolio, map layouts and lifecycle data, and drive refits, upgrades, or repairs end-to-end. You will coordinate with Store Operations and Facilities, align projects with trading calendars, and manage budgets and contractor relationships.

You will work closely with the Expansion Store Development Director on select new developments, ensuring projects meet brand, merchandising, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store development or multi-site environments.
• Proven project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.
• Structured, data-first approach with ability to maintain records across a large store portfolio.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores across the network.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain a structured, up-to-date record of store data (layout, fixtures, condition, lifecycle).
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of refit, upgrade, and repair interventions with leadership.
• Manage end-to-end refit and upgrade projects, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Facilities to align scope and timing with trading calendars and store hours.
• Track budgets, timelines, and status across interventions and report progress.
