Job summary

HAPPY GARDEN in the Netherlands is seeking a kitchen cook to independently prepare dishes according to our menu, handle ingredients, and apply basic cooking techniques.

You will maintain the quality, taste and presentation of dishes, ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock and orders, supervise kitchen assistants, and support colleagues during busy periods. You may contribute ideas for menu changes and preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• Independently preparing dishes according to our menu.
• Preparing and processing ingredients.
• Applying various basic cooking techniques.
