Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Confidence in leading a team and running a shift.
• Comfortable with digital tools for recipes and HACCP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
• Cook and plate dishes that meet our standards.
• Guide junior chefs during prep and service.
