You will prepare high-quality dishes for buffet and à la carte service, organize daily tasks, monitor stock, and support student placements, sharing your passion for cooking while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a professional kitchen, restaurant, or hotel environment.
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop culinary skills.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for buffet and à la carte service.
• Plan and organize daily kitchen tasks, monitor stock levels, and order ingredients.
• Guide House of Hospitality students during placements and share cooking knowledge.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workstation cleanliness; work with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
