Qualificações
- 8+ years in UX, Product, or Service Design.
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end design ownership.
- Experience with complex systems, workflows, and enterprise products.
- Deep user research, interaction design, prototyping, and validation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.
- Drive UX strategy and product direction for Transaction Services.
- Synthesize research and stakeholder insights into actionable UX plans.
- Create journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.
